Our office is over at 379 on the 1st Main, 5th Cross in BSK 1st Stage. We’re specifically in the Srinivasa Nagar part of Banashankari. It’s a very established neighborhood with lots of older houses and families who have been here for decades. We fit right in because we’re not a flashy outfit. Our office is just a regular room with some sturdy tables and chairs where we deal with land development matters. Most of our day is spent looking at maps and dealing with the various bits of paper that come with land ownership and development. It can be a bit tedious sometimes, sitting here checking every line on a document, but it’s what we do. We know most of the shopkeepers on our street, and we usually end up chatting with them when we go out for a break. We aren't interested in all that corporate talk you see on the big websites. We’re just here to do the work and help people navigate the process of land deals. The office can get a bit cluttered with rolls of blueprints and stacks of files, but we know where everything is. Banashankari has a good feel to it, and we’re glad to be based in this part of the city. We just take things as they come and try to keep our paperwork in order so we don't have any headaches later on.
