Sras Realconst Services (Opc) Private Limited is based out in Hunusuru Village, which is over in the Yelahanka area. If you know the roads around here, you know it gets a bit dusty with all the new things coming up near Hunusuru Main Road. Our office is at No 12. It’s a quiet enough spot most of the time, though the morning traffic on the main road can be a bit much if you’re trying to get somewhere fast. We’ve been here for a while now, just doing our thing. The building itself is pretty simple. We spend a lot of our time dealing with paperwork and talking to people who come by about construction stuff. Sometimes it feels like we are in the middle of nowhere, but then you see how much Bandikodigehallijala Hobli is changing every month. It is a one-person company setup, so it stays fairly manageable inside the office. We usually have the windows open to let some air in, even if the road noise drifts in with it. There isn't much to say about the decor, it is mostly just desks, a few chairs, and some files stacked up. We keep a regular schedule, starting early before it gets too hot. It is a local operation, and most people around here just know us as the guys near the village entrance. We like being part of this little patch of Yelahanka because it still feels like a community even with all the big developments happening.
