Square Yards Finco Private Limited is set up in Hmt Layout, specifically on 5th Cross in Ganganagar. We are on the ground floor of building 479. R T Nagar is a busy residential and commercial mix, and our street is no different. We have some neighbors who have lived here for decades. The office itself is pretty basic. We have a few computers and a lot of chairs for when people come in to talk. It’s not a polished showroom. There are stacks of papers on most surfaces and a calendar from three years ago still hanging on the wall because no one bothered to take it down. We spend our hours looking over financial details and talking to folks about their plans. The fan overhead makes a clicking sound that we don't even hear anymore. Outside, you can hear the school buses and the vegetable vendors shouting. It’s a very real Bangalore neighborhood. We don't have a big sign out front, just a small one near the door. Most people who find us are locals or have been told where we are. We drink a lot of coffee from the place around the corner. Working here feels like being part of the community. We don't do things the corporate way with long meetings. We just sit down, figure out what needs to happen, and get to it. It’s practical work for practical people. That is just how we run things every single day.
