We are located at No 85, Gangadareshwara Nilaya. It’s on the 2nd Main in Kudala Sangama Nagar, in the Kodigehalli area of Bangalore. Squad Creation Services Private Limited is a small outfit. We aren't a big agency with hundreds of people. There are just a few of us here doing various creation-based services. The office is a modest space, not some flashy corporate suite. We have what we need to get the job done, like computers and a decent internet connection. Kodigehalli is a bit quieter than the center of the city, which we appreciate. It feels like a normal neighborhood where people know each other. Our workday is pretty straightforward. We come in, check our messages, and start working on whatever project is currently on our plates. We don't have a mission statement or any big corporate goals that we talk about. We just want to do a good job so that our clients are happy. Sometimes we get stuck on a difficult part of a project, and we all have to huddle together to figure it out. It’s a very hands-on way of working. No one here is a manager who just sits in an office. Everyone helps out. We’ve been here for a while and we like the pace of things. It’s an honest, small-scale business, and that’s exactly how we want to keep it.
