We have what we need to handle our daily property tasks and not much else. It’s not the kind of place with polished marble floors or anything like that. We just have our desks, our computers, and plenty of folders. Working in this part of Karnataka means we are pretty central. There is a lot of movement and business happening all around us. We spend our days checking on listings and making sure all the details are correct. It’s a lot of practical work. Sometimes the elevator takes a while, so we get to know the other people in the building. We aren't interested in looking like a big corporation. We are just local people who have been in this business for a while. We know the city and how the South Bangalore area is changing. It’s a busy life but we enjoy the routine of it all. We just show up and do our best with what we have. It works for us and our small team.
