SPW ESTATES LLP

Our office is on the 4th floor of the Aerolex Centre, which is at number 109 on K H Road. If you know Bangalore South, you know it can get pretty busy around here. SPW Estates LLP is basically just a few of us trying to manage various property matters. We spend a lot of time on the phone or meeting people who want to talk about real estate. The view from the fourth floor isn't much, just the tops of other buildings and the street below. We have been here for a while now. Most days are spent sorting through files or visiting different sites across the city. It gets quite hot in the afternoons, so we usually keep the windows shut. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It is just a small setup where we know each other well. We handle things as they come. Sometimes it is busy, and other times it is quiet. We don't really have a set way of doing everything, we just adapt to what is needed. If someone comes in, we sit down and talk over some water or coffee. We try to be useful without making things too difficult. It is a straightforward business on K H Road, and we like it that way. Most of our work comes from people who heard about us from someone else. We don't see the need for flashy signs or big ads when our work speaks for itself.
