SPMLIL-AMRUTHA CONSTRUCTIONS PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is located at No. 384/A in the Sindhura Apartments. This is in RMV II Stage, II Block, over in the Ashwathnagar area of Bangalore. We are a construction company, and we’ve been operating under the SPMLIL-Amrutha name for quite some time now. Being inside an apartment complex makes our workplace feel a bit more like a home than a standard office. It’s a bit more personal and quiet. We don't have a lot of corporate polish here. There are always piles of files on the desks and empty tea cups sitting around from the morning meetings. We spend most of our time worrying about material costs and making sure the workers show up on the sites we have running around the city. Construction is a tough business because there are so many things you can’t control, like the monsoon rains or the price of steel changing every week. We just take it as it comes. We aren't into using big marketing words or trying to sound more important than we are. We just build things. Our team knows the local vendors in the 560094 area and we try to keep things moving as best as we can. Sometimes we are ahead of schedule, sometimes we are behind, but we always finish the job. It’s a small team of us, and we just focus on the task.
