We’re located at Spartan Heights, in unit B-101, which is at 16/17 Richmond Road here in Bangalore. The 560025 area is a pretty central part of the city, and Richmond Road is almost always busy with people and cars. Our office is on the ground floor, so it’s easy to get in and out, but we do hear the rumble of the traffic all day long. Splendido Restaurants is run by a small, local team, and we’ve been in this building for a while now. The office isn't anything like those shiny corporate spaces you see in magazines. It’s a bit cramped with all our equipment, and there are stacks of paper on almost every flat surface. We don’t have a fancy lobby or any marketing materials on the walls. It’s just a place where we sit and manage the business side of our restaurants. We usually have the radio playing in the background while we work. If you walk by Spartan Heights, you might not even notice we’re here since we don’t have any big, flashy signs out front. We prefer it that way, to be honest. It’s just a simple, honest workspace for people who care about what they do and don’t feel the need to show off. We spend a lot of our time here, just doing the practical stuff that keeps everything running correctly.
