Spice Journeys Private Limited

Spice Journeys is based out of Banashankari First Stage. We’re tucked away on the second floor of the Venkatadri building on 8th Cross in Ashoknagar. It’s a pretty quiet spot compared to some other parts of Bangalore, which we actually like. Most of the time, we’re busy with the spice business, dealing with different suppliers and trying to keep the inventory straight. The office is at 1113/A, and it’s mostly just us and a few computers and some samples sitting around. Sometimes the whole floor smells like cloves or cardamom, which isn’t the worst thing in the world. We don’t have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. People usually find us by the address if they need to drop something off. We’ve been working out of this space for a while now, and it’s grown on us despite the stairs you have to climb to get up here. Bangalore Rural isn’t too far off, and we get a lot of stuff moving through that way too. It’s just a regular local business where we all pitch in to do what’s needed, whether that’s answering the phone or hauling bags. We don't try to make it seem like more than it is. We just like spices and wanted to do something with them. There's always plenty to do and not enough hours in the day, but we make it work somehow. It’s a bit messy sometimes with all the paperwork, but we get through it eventually.
