Working from a place like Nikoo Homes is different than a standalone office on a regular street. It feels like its own little world inside the city. Sometimes it’s a bit of a long walk from the main gate to get to where we are, but you get used to it. We have our setup here where we handle the construction side of things. It is usually quite busy with people moving in and out of the residential blocks. We do not really have a storefront or anything like that. It’s more of a functional space for us to manage the daily tasks. You can see the whole city growing from around here. Some days are just filled with phone calls and meetings, and other days it is much quieter. Thanisandra can get quite windy too, which is something you notice when you are out on the main road. Finding our specific block can be tricky for delivery guys sometimes, but once you are here, it’s a decent place to get work done.
