Our office for SPACE WELL CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is right on Begur Koppa Road. We are directly opposite the Eagle Ridge Resorts. It’s a busy stretch of road these days with all the traffic heading toward the city. Being in Begur means we see a lot of the new Bangalore growth happening right in front of us. Construction is a noisy business, and our day is usually filled with the sound of trucks and mixers. We keep things pretty simple here. The office is just a place to keep the plans and meet with the guys. It’s not a polished corporate environment. There is usually some dust on the desks because that’s just how it is when you work in building. We handle various construction tasks around this side of town. Most of our staff have been around for a while, and we just focus on the task at hand. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. People find us because they see our boards at the sites or they hear about us from someone else. The commute to this part of Bangalore can be a pain with the narrow roads and the trucks, but we are used to it. We just try to stay organized and keep the projects moving forward. It is honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. Sometimes even Sundays if a project is behind.
