We are Soveen Developers Private Limited and you can find our office over in Yelahanka New Town. The exact spot is 314, Sfs, 407, at Santrupti Nilaya. We are specifically located on the 4Th Phase, 5Th Cross. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't used to the layout of Yelahanka, but once you find Santrupti Nilaya, it's pretty straightforward. We've been operating out of this space for a while now. Most days it’s just us handling the paperwork and talking to folks who stop by. The neighborhood is mostly residential, so it stays fairly quiet during the morning hours, which helps us get things done. We don't have a big flashy sign or anything, just a regular office door. Sometimes the traffic on the main road makes it a bit of a trek to get here, but that’s just how it goes in this part of town. We spend a lot of time looking at plans and dealing with the usual local stuff that comes with being a developer. It's not a fancy setup, but it works for what we need to do. If you're coming from the main part of the town, you just head toward the 4Th phase and look for the cross streets. We are usually here during normal hours, just working through the daily tasks. It’s a decent place to be based out of, and we’ve gotten to know the nearby shops well.
