We are based in J.P. Nagar, specifically in the 8th Phase. Our office is at No. 1597 in the 2nd Block. It’s a bit further out than some places, but it’s a growing area and we like being here. We do construction work, mostly residential houses and smaller commercial spots. It’s a lot of time spent talking to masons and making sure the truck with the bricks actually arrives when it's supposed to. We aren't a big fancy firm with a huge staff. It’s just a few of us making sure the projects get done. The office is usually where we meet people to talk about their plans or to sort out the payments. J.P. Nagar has changed a lot since we started, and we’ve seen a lot of new buildings go up around us. We don't use any complicated language to describe what we do. We just build things. Some days are good and everything goes to plan, other days there’s a leak or a permit issue and we have to fix it. That's just how it goes in construction. We try to be fair and just do a solid job. If you’re around the 8th Phase, you’ve probably seen some of the houses we’ve worked on. We’re just local people doing a job we know how to do.
