Solve Ninja Foundation

Solve Ninja Foundation is located at 521, 20th Main in Jayanagar 4th Block. It’s a nice area of Bangalore, very green with lots of trees. We are on the 36th Cross. Our building is pretty easy to spot once you're on the right street. We’ve been here for some time now. The office is just a place where we gather to get things done. It’s not a high-rise or anything. We have a few rooms filled with papers and laptops. Jayanagar is a busy place, but our specific corner is relatively peaceful. We spend a lot of time on local issues. People often drop by to talk about things happening in the neighborhood. We don't have a big staff, just a handful of us who care about the work. We usually eat lunch together at one of the small places nearby. It’s a very grounded way to work. We don't use big words or try to act like we know everything. We just try to solve problems as they come up. Some days are more productive than others. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just trying to fix a printer or organizing our files. It’s all part of the job. We like the community feel here. It makes the work feel more real when you can see the streets you're talking about right outside the window. We just keep things moving as best as we can without making too much of a fuss. We have some old posters on the walls and plenty of recycled folders.
