Solicitous Properties Private Limited is located at 110/2 on the first floor. We are right on Lal Bagh Main Road, specifically in Krishnappa Layout. It’s a busy part of town, and the noise from the street usually drifts up into the office. We deal with properties, which basically means we spend our time looking at maps, deeds, and talking to folks who want to buy or sell something. It’s a lot of legwork. The office isn't very large, so we’re all pretty close together. We have a lot of files stacked up because there is always some paperwork that needs signing or filing away. It’s not a glamorous job, but we like it well enough. Being near Lal Bagh is nice because we can sometimes take a walk there when things get too hectic. The layout around here is familiar to us now, and we know most of the people in the neighboring buildings. We’ve been at this for a while, just trying to help people navigate the real estate world without too much trouble. It’s mostly about being honest about what’s available and what’s not. We don’t have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us answering the phone and meeting people when they drop by. The stairs to the first floor are a bit narrow, so you have to be careful. We’re just a small group of people working hard on Lal Bagh Main Road. That's about it.
