Soilsystems Estates LLP is based in Anu Arcade, specifically on the 1st Floor. Our address is a bit of a mouthful with all those numbers, but we’re at No.4401/3673/24/129/4 on 13th Cross. We are right on the 100 feet Ring Road, close to Hoysala Circle in Kengeri Satellite Town. Being in Bangalore South means we see a lot of the newer developments happening around here. The office is a basic room where we keep all our files and maps. It’s not a corporate showroom, just a place to work. We spend a lot of time out in the sun looking at land, so the office is a nice place to cool down. We have a small team and we all know each other well. Sometimes we eat lunch together at the desk when we’re too busy to go out. The Ring Road is always humming with traffic, which keeps things feeling active. We deal with rural and urban properties since we are right on the edge of the city. We don't use any fancy sales tactics. We just tell people what we know about the land and the local rules. It’s a bit of a trek to get here if you’re coming from the city center, but it’s worth it for the quiet. We’ve been at this for a while and we just take things as they come. Every day is different when you are dealing with soil and estates.
