Socioladder Foundation

Socioladder Foundation is over at No.136, a building called Sri Sri. We are up on the 3rd floor. The address is 15th Cross in Nagavarapalya, which is part of Srikantaiah Colony here in Bangalore. It’s a bit tucked away, but we’ve been here long enough that we know the way through the backstreets. Our office isn't very big. It’s mostly filled with desks and a few chairs for visitors. We don't have a receptionist or anything fancy. Usually, whoever is closest to the door just answers it. We do a lot of our work on computers and over the phone. Nagavarapalya is a busy little area, so there’s always something happening outside our window. Sometimes the 15th Cross gets jammed with bikes, but that’s Bangalore for you. We’re just a bunch of people trying to keep this foundation moving forward. There’s always a lot of paperwork to deal with, and some days it feels like we’re barely keeping up. We don't use a lot of big words or have complicated rules. We just show up and do the work that needs doing. It’s a modest setup, but it’s ours. We’ve grown fond of this little office over time. It’s where all our planning and daily chores happen. We try to keep it real and just focus on what's in front of us without any big corporate talk.
