Our office is over at Byrappa Circle, right on the first floor of building number 18. SMM CONMIX PRIVATE LIMITED has been in this part of J.P Nagar, 8th Phase, for a decent stretch of time. If you know Jambu Savari Dinne, you know it can get pretty crowded with traffic and people. We’re right in the middle of all that noise. The workplace is usually humming with talk about schedules and mix ratios. We deal with a lot of concrete related stuff. It’s not the cleanest job in the world, but it’s what we know how to do. We have a small team here. Most of us have been working together for years. We aren't really into the whole corporate culture thing. We just wear our work clothes and get on with it every day. Sometimes the phones don't stop ringing and other times it's quiet enough to actually hear the birds outside. We spend a lot of time coordinating with drivers and sites across the city. It’s a lot of logistics, honestly. We try to keep things organized on our desks, but with all the site maps and notes, it gets messy. That’s just how we work. It’s a local operation, and we like being part of the J.P Nagar community. No fancy speeches here, just concrete and hard work. We are usually here from early morning until late evening making sure everything is sorted for the next morning's deliveries.
