Smlxl Construction and Development Private Limited is located at Stratton Park, Apartment Number 1. We are on 2nd Main Road in Jala Darshini Layout, which is part of RMV 2nd Stage in Sanjaynagar. It is a nice, relatively quiet part of Bangalore compared to some of the other areas we work in. Our name is a bit of a giveaway that we handle projects of all sizes, from the small ones to the extra-large ones. We are a group of builders and developers who have been at this for quite a while. Our office is in a residential-style apartment, which gives it a more relaxed feel than a cold office building. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. Usually, we are just talking about cement, labor costs, and project timelines. The Sanjaynagar area is a good base for us to reach different parts of the city. Construction work always has its ups and downs, like when materials don't show up or the weather ruins a day's work. We just take it in stride and do what we can. Our team is pretty small and we prefer to keep things simple. We aren't trying to impress anyone with big corporate talk. We just focus on getting the work done and making sure the sites are moving along. It’s a lot of practical, everyday effort that keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday and we try to do it right.
