You can find Smise Cafe Private Limited over in Koramangala 4th Block. We are up on the 4th floor of the Art Arcade building, at number 107. Being in this part of Bangalore means things are always moving fast. The cafe is a bit of a climb if the elevator is acting up, which happens now and then. We spend our days making coffee, prepping food, and cleaning up tables. It’s a lively spot because of all the offices and shops around here. We aren’t trying to be the trendiest place in the city with expensive decor. It’s just a comfortable space where people can sit for a bit. Sometimes the music is a little loud or we run out of a specific ingredient because the morning rush was bigger than we expected. That's just how it goes in a cafe. The staff here are mostly young people from the neighborhood or nearby areas. We know most of the regulars who come in every day for their usual order. It’s a lot of standing on your feet and dealing with the kitchen heat. We don’t have a big corporate manual. We just try to be nice to people and make sure the food is decent. It’s a busy life in Koramangala, and we’re just happy to have a spot in the middle of it all. The view from the 4th floor isn't bad either when you get a minute to look out the window.
