Our place is located over in Devasandra, specifically in the 2nd Block of RMV Extn 2nd Stage. It's just off Bell Road, so we are easy to find if you know the area. Bangalore traffic can be a real nightmare around this part of town sometimes, but we like being here. Smartman Infra and Ventures has been part of this neighborhood for quite a bit now. Our office at No. 2 is pretty basic and we like it that way. We aren't into fancy decorations or having big glass walls everywhere. We just have the desks and tools we need to work on our infrastructure projects. Being in this part of Bangalore makes it fairly easy to get around to different sites when we need to. We do a lot of different things under the infra and ventures name. Some days are spent entirely on site visits, and other days it’s just us sitting here in the office. We don't have a huge staff of people. It’s just a small group of us who have been doing this for years. Neighbors stop by sometimes just to ask questions about construction or land stuff. We try to be as helpful as we can without making things complicated. It’s a local business feel, nothing like those huge companies you see in the tech parks. We handle the daily grind of the building world. It’s messy and loud sometimes but it is what we know. We’ve been in Karnataka a long time, so we understand the local ways.
