Sln Builtinc Private Limited

Sln Builtinc is located at No. 13, which some people still know as Old No. 980/A. We are on 7th Cross Road in Srinagar, over in Bangalore. The 560050 area is home for us. We’ve been here for a while now, and the office has become a second home for most of the staff. It’s a regular building on a regular street. We don’t have big signs or flashy lights outside. Inside, it’s mostly just us working on building plans and managing our various construction sites. Running a private limited company in the building sector takes a lot of effort, but we enjoy the process. We aren't trying to impress anyone with corporate talk. We just speak plain English and get to the point. Most of our day is spent on the phone or out meeting contractors. Srinagar is a nice neighborhood with a lot of history, and we like being part of it. There’s a certain way of doing things here that we’ve grown accustomed to. We don't have a massive board of directors or anything fancy. It's just a few of us making the decisions and ensuring the work gets done. It can be stressful when a project is behind, but we just put in the extra hours and see it through. That’s how we’ve always done it, and it seems to work out in the end. We focus on the building part and leave the fancy stuff to others. Our office might be small but it works for us. We just keep our heads down and finish the projects.
