S.L. Infrabuildcon is located down in Electronic City, specifically in Ananth Nagar Phase 2. We are in the Prabhavathi Springs Apartment at No. S-10 on the 7th Cross. E-City is known for all the tech parks, but we are the ones dealing with the physical infrastructure. It’s a busy area and the commute can be a real pain, so having the office right here helps us stay close to our projects. We do various types of construction work. Our days are filled with checking on sites, talking to contractors, and making sure we have enough supplies for the week. It’s a hands-on business. We don’t have a fancy corporate structure. It’s mostly just us making decisions on the fly and trying to keep everything on track. The office is where we do the paperwork and take a breather from the heat. We’ve seen this area change a lot over the years. We remember when there were fewer apartments and more open space. Now it’s all building up. We focus on getting the foundations right and making sure the walls are straight. It sounds simple, but it takes a lot of coordination. We don’t use any big words to describe what we do. We just build. Sometimes things go wrong, like a machine breaking down, and we just fix it and move on. That is just how we operate here in Bangalore.
