Skyproperties and Estate Private Limited is located at No.39 on the ground floor. We are in 2nd Cross, Achaiashetty Layout, which is very close to Mecri Circle. It’s a handy location because everyone knows where the circle is. Our office is easy to get into since it’s on the ground floor, no stairs to climb. It’s a modest space, nothing too grand. We have some old desks and chairs that have seen a lot of use. We spend our days talking to owners and looking at different estates around the city. It’s a lot of work keeping track of everything, but we manage. Sometimes the office gets a bit crowded when a few people visit at once, but we make it work. We aren't trying to impress anyone with a fancy office. We just want to get the paperwork right and make sure everyone is on the same page. The neighborhood around Achaiashetty Layout is pretty steady. We’ve seen a lot of changes over the years from our window. Usually, there’s some music playing softly in the background while we work. We don't have a big marketing team or anything like that. Word of mouth is how most people find us. We just show up every morning and see what the day brings. It’s a practical way to run a business and it works for us. We are just regular people doing property work.
