Skr Homes Private Limited is located at No.218, 27Th Main, 2Nd Sectorhsr Layout. This part of HSR Layout is always moving, and we are right in the middle of it. We focus on housing and making sure people have a place to live that makes sense. It's a lot of coordination between different workers and making sure materials arrive when they should. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes we have to fix mistakes, which is part of the job. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that. It’s mostly just us answering the phones and visiting the sites. Our office on 27th Main is where we keep all our drawings and files. It gets a bit cramped sometimes with all the stuff piling up, but it works for us. We’ve seen the neighborhood change a lot over the years. We remember when some of these roads were much quieter. Now, there are shops and houses everywhere. We try to keep our head down and just do the work. It’s not about being the biggest company in Bangalore. We just want to make sure the homes we build are solid and that the people moving in are happy enough. If you’re around 2nd Sector, you might see us out on a site. We’re usually wearing dusty boots and carrying a bunch of papers. That’s just how it is for us every day.
