Our business, Skin Kinetics Pharmaceuticals Private Limited, is situated at No 533 in the 3rd Block of Sir M V Layout. It is one of those newer areas in Bangalore that is still growing. We have a pretty straightforward setup here. We don't have any grand entrance or a team of receptionists. It is mostly just us in the back handling the daily operations. We deal with pharmaceutical products, which means we have to be quite careful about how we store things and how we track our numbers. Most of our time is spent in the office or the storage area, making sure everything is in its right place. We aren't a big company with a lot of layers. If you call us, you usually talk to one of the people who actually handles the stock. We like keeping it that way because it makes things simpler. The 3rd Block is a decent place to be based, even if the traffic in Bangalore can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just focus on our lists and our deliveries. There is no hidden agenda or fancy philosophy. We just want to get the work done and make sure our records are accurate. Sometimes things get a little messy during a big shipment, but we always get it sorted out by the end of the day. It is just regular people doing a regular job, day in and day out, without any fluff.
