It’s more about wooden desks and old fans spinning on the ceiling. Because we’re in Basavanagudi, we usually start our day with a strong filter coffee from one of the local stands. Our work involves a lot of training and development, which mostly means we spend time preparing materials and talking to groups. It’s a bit of a squeeze when we have a full house, but everyone seems to manage. The street outside is always buzzing with people shopping for flowers or snacks, so there’s never a dull moment. We like the traditional feel of the area. It keeps us grounded. We don't try to act like a big multinational company.
