SKH Estates and Developers LLP is based in Electronic City Phase-1. You can find us at A1, Sai Home Style, in the Doddathoguru area. The 560100 part of Bangalore is where we do most of our business. It’s a fast-growing area, so there is always something happening. We spend our time looking at land and figuring out how to develop it. It’s a lot of walking around sites and then sitting at the desk in Sai Home Style to finish the paperwork. We aren't a big corporate developer with a glass building. It’s just a small group of us trying to make things work. Some days are harder than others, especially with all the regulations you have to follow. We just take it one step at a time. Doddathoguru is a good place to be because we are close to the projects we manage. We don't spend money on fancy advertisements or marketing experts. We just rely on the work we do. It’s practical and it keeps us grounded. If you come by our office, you’ll see it’s a working space, not a showroom. We deal with real estate and development in a very direct way. No fluff, just honest effort. That’s how we’ve always done it here in Electronic City. We get through the paperwork and the site visits because that is how things get built properly.
