Skewerhut Llp

Skewerhut is located over in Vidyaranyapura, right at No 15, Kashiram on the 4th Cross. We are part of the Swagath Layout neighborhood, which is a busy little area in Bangalore. We spend our time prepping food and getting things ready for people to eat. Most of the work happens in the kitchen area. It’s usually pretty hot and there is always something sizzling on the grill. We started this place because we liked the idea of simple food served on sticks. We aren't a big chain or a franchise, just a local spot that does its own thing. The address can be a bit tricky with all the layout names, but we’ve been here long enough that most local people find us easily. We don’t have a fancy waiting area or anything like that. It’s more about the food than the decor for us. Every morning we get the fresh supplies in and start the prep work. Chopping, marinating, and getting the skewers ready takes up most of our afternoon. By the time the evening rolls around, we are pretty tired, but that’s when it gets the busiest. We just want to serve something decent to the people who live around 560097. It’s a small team of us working here. We help each other out and try to keep the place clean as we go. It’s just a regular job for us, and we enjoy being part of the Vidyaranyapura community. We stay open late and then head home to do it all again tomorrow.
