Sk Blr Knits & Apparel Private Limited

Our small factory is down in Garvebhavipalya Layouts at 120/56/13 on 1st Cross Road. This part of Hongasandra is quite industrial and busy. At Sk Blr Knits, we mostly spend our time on the knitting and sewing side of things. The machines we use are pretty large and take up most of the floor space. It gets loud when everything is running at once, so we end up shouting to hear each other. With concrete floors and simple bulbs hanging down, it is a very practical space. Our days are spent checking seams and making sure the knit looks the way it should. Lint gets everywhere, so we all wear old clothes to work. We aren't trying to become some massive corporation. The main thing is just getting the orders out to people on time. Whenever the power goes out, we have to wait around, which is annoying. We usually just sweep the floors or take a break until it comes back on. Most of the people working here live just a few streets away, so it has a local feel. There is no receptionist or waiting room for guests. If you stop by, you will likely find us at the packing tables. We have been doing this for a long time. It is just honest labor in a part of town where everyone is making something. We just keep our heads down and get the knitting done.
