We’re located on the 2nd floor of building 42/2, right in the middle of 19th Cross in BTM Layout 2nd Stage. It’s a hectic area, especially with all the traffic around N S Palya, but we’ve made our space work for us. The office is usually full of boxes waiting to be moved out. We’ve got a system, even if it looks a bit chaotic to an outsider. Being in Bangalore, the noise from the street is always there, but we just tune it out. We spend most of our time on the computer or checking the stock on the shelves. It’s a lot of back-and-forth between the desk and the storage area. The stairs up to the second floor are a bit steep, so we get plenty of exercise every day. We aren't interested in those big corporate ways of doing things. We just want to get the orders right and keep the supplies moving. Sometimes we stay late when the deliveries are behind schedule. The staff here is pretty small, so we all end up doing a bit of everything. From cleaning the desks to auditing the inventory, no one is too proud to help. It’s a practical environment. The units are always humming with activity. We try to keep things simple and honest. If the phone rings, we answer it. If a box needs moving, we move it. That’s about it. There is no need for anything more complicated than that.
