You’ll find Sindus Educational Consultancy way out in Kadiganahalli Village. It’s part of the Sonnappanahalli Jala Hobli area, so it’s quite a trek if you’re coming from the middle of Bangalore. We are at No 844/238, near Sy No 33. It’s much quieter out here than in the city, which is a nice change. I set this up as an OPC private limited company just to keep things simple and manageable on my own terms. The office is basically just a room with some sturdy chairs and a couple of filing cabinets. We deal with a lot of students who are trying to figure out what to do next with their lives. Most of my day is spent on the phone or going through physical applications that pile up on the desk. Since we are in a village area, things move a bit slower, and I don't mind that at all. You can hear the birds and the occasional tractor going by outside. It doesn't feel like a high-pressure office environment. Sometimes parents come in from nearby villages to ask questions about colleges. We just sit down and talk through the options without any rush. It’s a practical setup for the kind of work we do. There isn’t a lot of fluff here, just the essentials for running a consultancy. It’s honest work and it keeps me busy from morning until early evening.
