We’ve got our office tucked away in Koramangala, specifically at Survey No. 3/G. It’s Flat No.001 in the HM Delphi building on 7th C Main, 3rd Block. Koramangala is always bustling, but our little corner is a bit more manageable. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for people to just walk in when they need something. We’ve been at Simply Realty Private Limited for some time now. The office is pretty small, just enough room for the team and our files. We don’t really go in for the whole high-end office look. It’s more of a workspace where we get things sorted. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to people about local spots. The 3rd block is a good place to be, close to everything but still having its own feel. We know the streets around here quite well. Sometimes we grab lunch at the local spots nearby. It’s a simple life running a business in this part of Bangalore. We keep our paperwork in order and try to keep up with the changes in the neighborhood. It’s a real job with real people. No corporate scripts or anything like that. Just us working out of HM Delphi. We keep the kettle on and focus on the day-to-day tasks. That is pretty much our story. It works for us and the neighbors.
