Silvertree Projects is over in Yelhanka, specifically in Amruthahalli Village. If you know the area, we are at P-10. It’s a bit away from the main Bangalore city noise, which is nice for us. We handle different kinds of project work here. It’s not a giant skyscraper office. It’s more of a practical space where we can get things done. We’ve been around this part of Bangalore for a bit now. Yelhanka has changed a lot, but we are still tucked away in the village area. The team is small. We don't go in for big meetings or long speeches. Mostly we just look at plans and talk to the guys on the ground. Sometimes the traffic to get here is a bit of a mess, but once you’re in Amruthahalli, it’s okay. We keep our files in order and try to stay on top of the local regulations. It is hard work running a project company in a growing city like this. There is always something new happening down the road. We just focus on our own patch at P-10. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to do the work that comes our way and do it right. People in the village know where we are. It’s a plain office, nothing special to look at, but it works for us and the people we deal with. We hope to stay here for a long time and just keep working away as things grow around us.
