Siddhatva Properties (OPC) Private Limited is situated at #205 in Kwality Raaga Apartment. We are quite close to J K Naidu School in Yelahanka. It’s a nice part of Bangalore, 560064, and it’s usually easy to find us once you get near the school. The office is basically a converted apartment space, so it feels very comfortable. We aren't a big corporation with hundreds of employees. It’s a one-person company mostly, though friends and family help out when things get hectic. We have a couple of desks and some filing cabinets full of property papers. Most days involve a lot of driving around Yelahanka to check on buildings. When we are in the office, we’re usually catching up on paperwork or answering the phone. It’s a quiet place to work. We don't have a flashy lobby or a receptionist. If the bell rings, we just get up and open the door ourselves. We know the local schools and markets really well because we live and work right here. People from the apartment complex often stop by to say hello. It’s a very neighborly way to do business. We just take things one day at a time and try to keep everything organized. It’s not a fancy life, but it suits us. We know the real estate here better than most people from outside. It is just a small office in a good building.
