Shwetlana Fashions Private Limited

Our work happens at Sathyam House on 6th Main. If you are familiar with the Bagalur Cross area near the IAF Post 167, you have likely driven past Vinayaka Nagar. Bangalore is a crowded city, and there is always something going on right outside our doors. Shwetlana Fashions is basically just us dealing with piles of fabric and getting orders together. Traffic makes deliveries a nightmare sometimes, but everyone in this city deals with that. We started this because we wanted something of our own. It’s not a giant warehouse, just a normal building where we spend the day. I usually walk in early to see what stock we have left. There is no fancy showroom with bright lights here. Instead, you will find sewing machines and big cutting tables. My desk usually has thread scraps and old tea cups all over it. We just keep our heads down. Some days pass slower than others. Advertising isn't really our thing; people usually find us through friends or by seeing the sign near the IAF post. Boxes are stacked everywhere, so it gets a bit tight, but we know where the important stuff is. We have been in this spot for years now. The neighbors don't even mind the noise of the machines anymore. It is a decent way to earn a living in a place like this. We just keep working through the piles of cloth.
