Shubh Arth Ventures Llp is located in Padmanabhanagar, over at #513 on 10th Cross. We’ve been operating from this part of Bangalore for some time. It’s a residential area mostly, so it’s a bit calmer than the city center, though the streets can get narrow and crowded during the day. We handle various business ventures and investments from this office. It’s not a huge firm with a lobby and a receptionist. Usually, it's just a few of us sitting around a table trying to figure out which projects are worth our time and which ones aren't. We deal with a lot of numbers and contracts, which can be a bit dry, but it’s the work we chose. There’s no secret to what we do; we just look at the facts and try to make sensible decisions. Being on 10th Cross means we are close to some good local spots for lunch, which is a plus. We don't go in for big presentations or flashy office decor. The focus is always on the actual business at hand. Sometimes things go well, and other times we have to work through some pretty difficult problems, but that's how it goes when you’re running a venture firm.
