Shrusti Skills Private Limited

Our company is Shrusti Skills Private Limited. You can find us right by the Yeswanthpur Bus Stand in Bengaluru. We are on the 4th floor of the building where Sri Lakshmi Motors is located. Being so close to the bus stand means it’s always loud outside with horns and people shouting, but it makes it very easy for anyone to find us. We focus on teaching different skills to people who are looking for work or want to improve themselves. The office is quite large since we are on the whole 4th floor, but it’s mostly just classrooms and a small reception area. We don't have any expensive furniture or art on the walls. It’s a functional space meant for learning. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so most of us just take the stairs if we’re in a hurry. We spend our days organizing classes and talking to students about their goals. It’s a bit of a hectic environment because there are always people coming and going. We don't use any corporate jargon or try to sound more important than we are. We just provide a place where people can learn something new. After work, we usually head out into the Yeswanthpur traffic to get home like everyone else. It’s a basic setup that works for what we need to do every day.
