Shriraaz Winery Llp

Out at #11 in Cm Halli, things move a bit slower than they do in the middle of the city. Shriraaz Winery is where we spend our time every day. It’s not a huge place, just a decent-sized spot for making wine. We have been working out here for quite a bit now. The process of making wine takes a lot of waiting around. You spend one day cleaning out the barrels and the next just checking on how the fermentation is going. It’s mostly a quiet atmosphere here. Cm Halli is a nice area, a bit tucked away which really suits the kind of work we do. We don't have a big sign or anything flashy outside to grab attention. Most of our day is spent in the back, making sure everything is sitting just right. Sometimes the weather makes things a bit tricky for us, but we just deal with it as it comes. We aren't trying to be some massive factory with thousands of employees. It’s more about the routine of the grapes and the glass bottles. If you ever come by, you’ll probably find one of us hauling heavy crates or checking the temperature of the room. The floors are usually a bit wet from all the cleaning we have to do. It’s honest work, even if it feels a bit repetitive at times. We just keep an eye on the batches and wait for them to be ready. There isn’t much to say other than we like the rhythm of the winery life. It’s a steady job and we are happy to be based in this little corner.
