Shreevari Milk & Milk Products Private Limited is located up on the 2nd Floor of 408/N in Muthyala Nagar. It’s on 2nd B Main, which gets quite a bit of traffic during the day. Being on the second floor is a bit of a task when you’re dealing with milk, but we make it work. We spend a lot of time moving stuff up and down. It keeps us on our toes. Bangalore can be a bit chaotic with the road work and the rain, so getting things delivered to us or sent out takes some planning. We’ve got a small space where we handle all the paperwork and the actual product stuff. It isn’t some big polished factory. It's just a regular workspace with desks and some cooling equipment. We mostly focus on our daily routines. Usually, someone is always checking the temperature or looking at the logs. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings. We just talk over tea in the afternoon about what needs to be finished before five. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to scramble, but that is just how it is in Bangalore. Muthyala Nagar is a busy area, so there is always something happening outside our window. We’ve been here long enough that we know the local tea shop guys and the delivery drivers by name. It’s a simple operation with no frills.
