SHREEJA THAKUR CONSTRUCTION PRIVATE LIMITED is located up on the 1st floor at No. 156. We’re on 7th Cross in Vinayakanagar, right in the MS Palya area of Vidyaranyapura. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but the view of the street below is okay when the sun isn't too bright. We started this because we knew how to build things and wanted to do it on our terms. Most of the time, the office is pretty quiet because we’re out at different construction sites. When we are here, it’s mostly to handle the billing and the labor schedules. The 7th Cross neighborhood is a decent place to be based; there are plenty of small shops nearby if we need a quick snack or a pen. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just us and a few regular workers who’ve been with us for a while. We talk to the clients directly, usually on the phone or right there at the site where the work is happening. Sometimes things get delayed because of the rain or a late delivery, which is frustrating, but we just deal with it as it comes. We try to keep things simple and honest. If a job needs doing, we find the best way to get it finished without too much drama. It’s a tough business, but we enjoy seeing a project come together. It takes time, but it's worth it.
