SHREE SIVA BUILDERS PRIVATE LIMITED operates out of Siva Complex, which is located at 62/2 on New Road. It’s a familiar spot for a lot of people in this part of town. The building itself has been around for a while, and our office is just one of many inside the complex. We do a lot of building work, which means our desks are usually covered in blueprints and site maps. It’s a bit messy sometimes, but we know where everything is. The area around New Road stays pretty active throughout the day, so there’s always something going on outside our window. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy meetings. Most of our discussions happen over a quick cup of coffee or while we’re standing around a project site. Our team is small, and we’ve all known each other for a long time, which makes the work day go by a bit faster. We have a lot of regular contractors we work with, and they’re always stopping by to drop off invoices or pick up plans. It’s a straightforward way to run a business. We try to stay focused on the tasks at hand and not get too distracted by the small stuff. The office gets a lot of natural light in the morning, which is nice. By the time evening rolls around, we’re usually just wrapping up the last of the paperwork before heading home. It's just a regular office life for us.
