Our office for Shivasamruddhi Infrabuild Llp is tucked away at No. 46, B Block 3rd Stage in Vijaynagar, and it is usually a pretty busy spot during the week. If you are coming down through the main roads of Vijaynagar, you know how the traffic can get, but once you turn into the 3rd Stage, things settle down just a little bit. We have been working out of this space for a while now, and the walls are mostly covered with site maps and rolls of drawings that we need for our daily projects. It is not some fancy glass building you see in the tech parks, but it works for us. Most mornings start with the staff sitting around with tea, talking about which site needs materials or what the plan is for the afternoon. Shivasamruddhi Infrabuild Llp is basically just a group of people trying to keep things moving in the construction world without making it too complicated. We spend a lot of time on the phone with vendors and checking on the progress of our builds. The office at No. 46 is where all the paperwork gets sorted, even if the desk of the manager is always a bit of a mess with blueprints and sticky notes. It is a local operation through and through, and we like being right here in the heart of the neighborhood where we can actually see what is happening on the streets every day. It feels real and practical.
