Shivapada Chits Private Limited is found on the 2nd floor of building number 327, located on the 3rd main road in VHBS layout. This is over in the Vijayanagar area of Bangalore, 560040. Vijayanagar is always moving, with a lot of shops and people everywhere you look. Our office is a bit removed from the street level since we are on the second floor, which gives us a little bit of quiet. It is a straightforward office with a few cabins and a common area for visitors. The stairs are a bit narrow, but once you are up here, there is plenty of room to sit and wait. We deal with a lot of paperwork every day, and the desks are usually piled high with files that need attention. The staff here is used to the routine of checking entries and talking to people about their chits. We don't have any big mission statements on the walls, just a few calendars and maybe a photo or two. It feels like a regular house that was turned into a workspace, which makes it feel quite comfortable. We keep the fans running to stay cool and usually have a jug of water on the table for anyone who needs it. It is just a practical place for practical work, right in the middle of a busy neighborhood. We try to be efficient with the records and keep everyone’s details updated in the ledger.
