We run Shiva Vallabha Builders And Developers Llp from our office at 125 on the 2nd Floor. We are located on the 9th Main in the Ideal Homes Township, which is in Rajarajeshwari Nagar. This part of Bangalore-560098 is quite nice because it has a bit more space and greenery than the very center of the city. Being in Ideal Homes Township gives us a decent place to work without too much of the crazy city noise. Our office is a straightforward workspace where we keep all our project files and equipment. We spend our days looking over sites and talking to our team members. It’s not a fancy glass-and-steel building, just a regular place on the second floor of a commercial block. We like the Rajarajeshwari Nagar area because it feels like a proper neighborhood. There are shops and small eateries all around us, which is handy for lunch. We don’t have a big marketing team or anything like that; we just focus on the building and development work we have in front of us. Most of the time, our desks are a mess of papers and site photos. It is just how we work best. We have been in this part of Karnataka for quite a bit now and we know our way around the township pretty well. It is a good, honest place to do business.
