Shelter Layouts Private Limited

Our office is at No 85 in Sunshine Coast, which is part of Kodigehalli Village in the Bidarahalli Hobli area. It’s a bit of a trek to get out here, but this is where all the new developments are happening. Shelter Layouts Private Limited was started because we saw how much the village was changing. We deal mostly with layouts and land. It’s a lot of time spent out in the sun, walking around boundaries and checking survey numbers. We don’t wear suits or sit in air-conditioned rooms all day. Most of our work happens on the ground. We have a small desk where we keep the records, but that’s about it. The local farmers know us, and the new buyers are starting to find us too. We don't use big slogans. We just show people the land and explain where the roads are going to be. Sometimes the paperwork takes longer than it should, and we have to explain that to people. It’s frustrating for everyone, but we don’t hide it. We just keep pushing until it’s done. The dust around here is something you get used to after a week. We like being part of how the area is growing. It’s slow work, but seeing a house finally go up on a plot we marked out feels okay.
