You can find us at No. 216 in the Alfa Centre. We’re on the ground floor, right on Double Road in Indiranagar 2nd Stage. It’s a lively area of Bangalore, and there’s always something happening outside the window. Shejawadkar Housing and Infra has been using this space as a base for our operations for quite a while now. The office is pretty functional. We have a few desks, some chairs for visitors, and plenty of cabinets filled with project files. Being on the ground floor is handy because people can just pop in if they’re passing by. We spend our days coordinating with builders, checking on infrastructure projects, and trying to keep everything on schedule. It can be a bit stressful when deadlines are tight, but we’ve got a good crew here who knows what they’re doing. We don't go in for fancy presentations or polished speeches. We’d rather just talk about the work and how to get it done right. Indiranagar is a great place to be located, even if the traffic on Double Road can be a nightmare in the evenings. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the neighborhood. The office isn't anything special to look at, just a place where we put in the hours and try to build things that last. We’re just regular people trying to do a solid job in the housing sector.
