SHARVA ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED is set up in Unit No. 1 on the 2nd Floor of S M Plaza. Our address is No. 64/1 on DVG Road in Basavanagudi. If you know that part of Bangalore, you know how crowded it gets, especially during the festival seasons. DVG Road is full of shops and people, so there is always something to see out the window. Our office is a bit of a climb since the building is older, and sometimes the lift is acting up, but we don't mind the exercise. We spend our time looking at land documents and talking to clients about different properties. It is a lot of reading through fine print and making sure the records are straight. The office isn't very big, so we all sit pretty close to each other. We’ve got a small coffee machine that gets a lot of use during the long afternoons. Basavanagudi has a very traditional feel, and we like being part of that local atmosphere. We don't have any big marketing slogans or anything like that on the walls. It is just a workspace with some maps and plenty of pens that always seem to go missing. We focus on the tasks at hand and try to keep the paperwork moving through the system. Most days are just about handling the phone calls and making sure the files are filed away correctly in the cabinets.
