Shareef Emarat Developers Private Limited is located in the KSSIDC Complex in Electronic City Phase-1. We are in the 1st Block, specifically at unit B-110 on the ground floor. Being in Electronic City means we are surrounded by a lot of big tech companies, but our office is a bit more basic. It’s a solid, functional space in a busy industrial complex. Since we're on the ground floor, it’s easy for people to drop in and see us. The Bangalore heat can be tough, but the building stays relatively cool. We spend our days managing various development projects from our desks. There’s always a lot of paperwork to go through, from permits to material orders. The 560100 area is always bustling, and the noise of the city is just part of the background here. We have a small crew, and we’ve been working together in this office for a good while now. We don't have a corporate cafeteria or anything like that; we usually just order in or go to one of the small shops nearby for lunch. The space is filled with the usual office stuff—old printers, stacks of paper, and a few dusty chairs. It’s not a place meant for showing off. We just use it as a base to keep our operations running smoothly. Every day is a bit of a juggle, but we like the pace of working in such a busy part of Bangalore. When the workday ends, we just tidy up and head home.
