SEVARTH PROPERTIES LLP

You can find Sevarth Properties LLP over at Pavani Oakridge, room number 308. We are right opposite the church on Sai Baba Temple Road in Green Garden. It’s a busy little pocket of Bangalore North. The area stays pretty active with all the temple visitors and people going to the church. We like being in this part of town because there is always something going on outside our door. Inside the office, it’s mostly just us and a few computers. We aren't fancy people. We just know a lot about properties in the 560037 area. Usually, the morning is the best time to catch us before we head out to look at different sites. The parking can be a bit tricky on weekends because of the temple, but during the week it’s not too bad. We have a simple setup. A few chairs for guests and a big table where we spread out the blueprints and documents. It’s a practical way to work. We don't spend money on expensive decorations or things like that. We’d rather just keep the lights on and help people find what they need. It gets a bit dusty with the road construction nearby sometimes, but we keep the place tidy enough. We’ve been part of the Green Garden community for a while now. It feels like home to us. Just a bunch of locals trying to make a living in the property market.
